  • It looks like some people are having trouble downloading the Volunteer and Organisation Registration Forms. The files have been subtly renamed in recent months and it could be that your stored bookmarks need updating. Press the 'F5' button or use your menu bar to reload the page.
  • If that still isn't happening for you, e-mail enquiries@volunteercentreliverpool.org.uk, let me know which form you require (Volunteer or Organisation) and I will send one to you directly.

Interested in "getting involved" in Liverpool?

download the PDF registration

If you are looking specifically for a Liverpool based volunteering opportunity, you can download this Volunteer Registration Form in Adobe PDF format, print it out, complete it and either mail or fax it back to us (details on the "Welcome" page of this site and included on the front of the pdf file)...

download the microsoft word registration option

... If you prefer, you could instead download this version of the Registration Form which you can use the "tab" button to navigate and, once completed, save it with a filename of your choosing and e-mail back to registration@volunteercentreliverpool.org.uk.
  • Please do not e-mail it to anyone else. If it is returned to the inbox of one of my colleagues instead and they happen to be off I won't receive it straight away.
  • Volunteers aged 16 - 25 years should also investigate the Millennium Volunteers section on the sidebar before proceeding.

Interested in volunteering in areas other than Liverpool?

click for the Do-It website

Wherever you live, to volunteer in your local area go to the Do-It site and register online. Your details will be passed on to your nearest Volunteer Centre, based on the postcode you provide, which in Liverpool is us!!! (So if you have already downloaded one of our forms, don't then go through the Do-It or TimeBank registration processes - they only duplicate the information you've already sent).

Looking to recruit more volunteers in Liverpool?

download the PDF registration

If you are a voluntary organisation interested in recruiting potential volunteers from the Liverpool area you can download this Organisation Registration Form in Adobe PDF format, print it out, complete it and either mail or fax it back to us (details on the "Welcome" page of this site and included on the front of the pdf file)...

Download the Microsoft Word version for organisations

download the microsoft word registration option

... Or you can download this version of the Registration Form that can be navigated using the "tab" button and, once completed, saved with a filename of your choosing and e-mailed back to orgreg@volunteercentreliverpool.org.uk.
  • Please do not e-mail it to anyone else. If it is returned to the inbox of one of my colleagues instead and they happen to be off I won't receive it straight away.

Whichever version of the form you download it is in 2 parts - section '1' is information on the organisation itself. Section '2' can be used to describe each individual volunteer role - you can make spare copies of section '2' for each distinct volunteer activity (driver - befriender - advice volunteer etc).

You can also use this option if you are one of the agencies on our register and would like to update (or add to) your existing volunteering opportunities.
